Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Since all items are handmade, slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish may occur. These are not flaws but the charm of artisanal work.
How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your favorite item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery within Pakistan) and major debit/credit cards.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan.
Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we are shipping only within Pakistan. International delivery will be available soon.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 5–7 business days. Custom/made-to-measure orders may take longer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other cases, store credit or exchange is offered.
Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Since each item is handcrafted, we recommend dry cleaning. Avoid machine wash to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality.
Will the embroidery or embellishment come off?

With proper care, your Dhaagni piece will last for years. However, since these are handmade items, delicate handling is always recommended.
Do you restock sold-out items?
